The Sheriff’s general office is at 3370 Presson Road and can route calls at 704-283-3789.

For an existing booking or release record, use the Union County public-record request portal. The County’s main office is at 500 North Main Street, Monroe, NC 28112, and its main number is 704-283-3500. Union County does not promise a fixed turnaround. A qualifying extensive request may incur the published special-service charge, so ask for an estimate before costs are incurred.

State-prison and community-supervision records belong to the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction.
